Kudos to Theresa Himmer for her brilliant idea of making street art of what looks like giant sequins! The above pieces are called "Glacier", "Waterfall" and "Volcano" and were part of a festival in Reykjavik.

Beet cake recipe

As you might know, I'm a huge fan of baking and cakes and baking cakes. Which is why I had to show you the above video – what a lovely turn on presenting a recipe. It was done by "Tiger in a jar".

modern Audrey

I am invited to a wedding which is happening next month (in a château – fancy!) and I don't have anything to wear. All my cocktail dresses are black and I think I need something ... brighter. (Dammit, I should have bought this dress.)
I love the look on the above photos by Atlantic – Pacific (but I'm afraid there's this rule that, on a wedding, white is the bride's exclusive colour – isn't that the rule?).
I'm very happy if you have any suggestions for me in terms of party-dresses.

I just stumbled upon Julian Rentzsch's illustrations. He lives in Hamburg and he's worked for several brands and publications. I really like his portraits.

Summer frock

Voilà, my new dress which I got in the sale. It's by Motel and what I like best about it (beside the white dots) is the fact that it has pockets (don't you love dresses with pockets?). The shoes in the photo are from Buffalo, by the way. (You can also see them here).

The photographer Jim Krantz captures moments in NYC with amazing photos – he makes me want to go there at once (I would always get on a plane to NYC at once, but when I look at his photos the wanderlust intensifies even more).

I love this classic red bag by Marc by Marc Jacobs (I'll have to look at it in person today).
