I have learned from my Mum that all you need to make an outfit stand out is a hat (she wears a hat about every second day). I've got several trilbies, barrets, a bowler and other headpieces in my own wardrobe but I don't wear them nearly as often as I should. So here are some photos of beautiful styles with hats that I've noticed during the last couple of days. They clearly show that my mother's right.
If these photos havn't convinced you yet, check out Les Mads, they put together a gallery.

I can't wait for spring and summer! I'm dreaming of light dresses, sunglasses, ice cream, cocktails and picknicks in the park. Here's what I'd love to wear: dress (heart print) from Anna Sui, bags from Chanel, sunglasses from Rayban, dress (cream colour), bow brooches, ship earrings, ballet flats and sandals from Topshop, envelope purses from AspireStyle, bird necklace from Clara Francis, "Love" necklace and flower earrings from Urban Outfitters.

I'm tired of black and grey nails, my collection of nail colours needs a spring update. Raspberry, strawberry, cherry, peach - it's got to be some fruity ice cream shade! Picture - from top left to bottom right: American Apparel "Rose Bowl", Essie "Calypso", OPI "Chapel of love", Essie, "The Art of Spring 706", Alessandro "He loves me - love love love", Essie "Pink Glove Service", OPI "Charged up Cherry", Essie "The Art of Spring 709", Uslu Airlines "BBA".
I think my favourite is a pastel-coloured one by Essie.

Once again Tim Walker created a wonderful photographic fairy tale world. His latest editorial for Italian Vogue, entitled "Lady Grey", is a transcendent barock vision of Marie Antoinette meets A Midsummer Night's Dream. He'll always be my favourite photographer.

I went to Stockholm and got the Moomin mug I'd wanted so long. It's from Arabia and I think it looks really good with my other mugs (I'm kind of collecting). The other ones are from Pip Studio, Cath Kidston (love everything from them!) and Penguin Books.
