Dreaming of blossoms, bees & ladybugs

I want spring now! I need sunshine, birds, bees and flowers. If only I had one of the beautiful Diorette rings so I could carry spring around with me on my finger.
The little ladybug earrings in the picture are from Topshop, by the way.

What I found in my private collection

I went through my jewellery collection today and found some old bracelets and a gold watch that I got as gifts years ago. I think I've never worn the watch before but now I really like it and I'm happy I dug it out again. Apart from that - more snow and it seems like there's even more to come. I'm going out for dinner tonight and this is what I'm wearing: dress and belt from American Apparel, vintage boots and vintage chanel bag.

Who said the It-Bag was dead?

I have to jump the Proenza Schouler train. The PS1 really is worth the current hype. You can get this beautiful bag at opening ceremony and Net-a-porter, for instance. I love it! Here are my favourite PS1 versions.

Arts & Crafts

I'd like to show you three artists who create amazing pieces out of paper, textile, and clay. The upper two were done by Mummy Sam, aka Samantha Cotterill. Her blog is wonderful and you can even buy her artwork in her etsy shop.
The two pictures in the middle are by Roadside Projects, aka Jayme McGowan. Absolutely amazing work! She's also got an online shop where you can make her brilliant creations your own.
The pieces in the two lower pictures are by Sweet Bestiary, aka Flor Panichelli. She, as well, has an online-shop where you can buy her sweet beasts. I wish I could once look over their shoulders when they're working.

Breton Shirts and Boots

Just arrived - new favourites in my wardrobe: my new Breton shirts from Petit Bateau (I love love love sailor shirts), vintage boots (you can never have too many boots, if you ask me), and a rose necklace which I got in Topshop in Dublin.
