A sale outfit

Happy 2013 to you! As always, with the new year come the sales. So far I have resisted the temptation of sale-shopping, but I am still keeping an eye on a few favourites. Above I have put together some pieces which are on sale in the online-stores: leo boots by Sam Edelman (really cheap now, I am thinking about ordering them), Etro hat, Iro dress, Anna Sui fake fur jacket, Pamela Love pyramid ring, Zadig & Voltaire gold ring, and Stella McCartney clutch.

Holiday instead-of-instagram

I hope you have all had happy holidays. I spent some very nice time with my family and friends, had a lot of good food (I made my first "Lebkuchen soufflé" and it turned out really good) and I was given amazing Christmas presents – many books, handmade sweets (yum), a handmade black and white jumper, nail polish and lipstick, Byredo perfume and beautiful bling bling! Thank you! X

Sporty Friday

Now that I'm on holiday I finally found the time to take some outfit photos again. I'm wearing my new Nike Blazer sneakers (in suede available here), my favourite coat by Sandro (a very similar version of it was redone this year), leather pants by J Brand, Alexander Wang leo bag, and a red turban which I borrowed from my sister.

Say hello to my new evening bag! Alexander Wang's leo camera bag eventually found its way to me! I took it out for the first time last night.

Neon knit

If you don't want to spend 110 Euros on Acne's Neon yellow beanie (or if it's sold out) I recommend you just knit your own with neon wool. Very easy and if the thread's big enough it's finished really quickly. You can find knitting patterns online.

Travel notes

Today a colleague of mine said good-bye with the words "I'm off to Bali on Sunday" and while we were talking about his travel plans I made mental notes for my own next year. You have probably seen Lucy's Goa photos ... I would love to go on a Yoga trip and take some time out - India, Bali, Vietnam, ... we'll see.

Snow and christmas shopping

Me and my mother did some extensive Christmas gift shopping this Saturday. Some snapshots above: in the Acne dressing room (with Filippa), Christmas windows, chocolates and a lot of snow on my balcony.

More gift ideas

Flyknit One

I can't remember the last time I was smitten with the beauty of running shoes. Most times they are practical and look like it. But I absolutely love the new "Flyknit One" by Nike – the colour mixes are amazing! I still have a few months to decide which one to get, as they will be in stores in February 2013.

Is it too early to think of Christmas wishes? ... Holographic nails

The moment I saw this nail polish I knew I had to get it. Ziggy Stardust nails! I've always loved holographic material. This "psychedelic holographic nail polish" comes from the Danish brand FNUG. (You can also order it here or here.) They recommend a special base coat to make the holographic effect stronger. I love it!
