September wishlist

It's a bit paradoxical that September will be my holiday month (sunshine, beaches and Italian food are near!), so while I will finally get to wear all those hot-weather-holiday-pieces (hello, kaftan and Greek sandals!), all I am wishing for at the moment is knitwear and leather trousers. But I guess I will get in the mood for summer (dressing) again once I have landed on sunny shores.
For now here's my September wishlist: black deep V-neck, skinny diamond rings by Monica Vinader, grey cardigan by Topshop, skinny leather trousers by Givenchy, small "Antigona" bag by Givenchy, black Chelsea boots by & other stories. (Note: you have to dye your hair platinum blonde to make this look work. ;) )
Here's another new season wishlist.

Hej Hej from Stockholm!

I went to Stockholm for Fashion Week this week. The schedule was so full that I did not have time to walk around the city, do some shopping, have fika or fit anything else in the days apart from shows and appointments - but it was fun! And I got to see some nice people again. (If you follow me on Instagram you will have seen these photos.)

Japan says Ohayo!

Three things I love about Kimono-inspired jackets: 1. they make me think of Japan (and the time I went to a summer festival in Tokyo in full Kimono dress), 2. they radiate that boho-vibe that makes you feel like you're on holiday, 3. they are actually very practical when it's quite warm but not hot enough to go sans jacket. My flower-printed kimono jacket is by Oasis. And so is the lace cami. The jeans are old Topshop Baxters. The tassle bracelets are by Anni Lu

New in: the glamourous faux-fur jacket

I've hinted at it already (and if you follow me on Instagram you'll be familiar with this photo) ... say hello to my new faux-fur coat! It feels incredibly soft and looks very glamourous, if you ask me. I can't wait to style it with skinny jeans, boots and heavy silver jewellery (the styling by Asos is pretty much to the point). Get it here

Dream houses

One day I'll have a holiday home in a sunny, warm place with windows from the ceiling to the floor, palm trees in the garden, a quiet, spacious backyard, with old wooden furniture, bamboo and treasures from all around the world.
More dream spaces here.

New season wishlist

I'll admit it, I've started the new season shopping (a delicious faux-fur coat, if you must know). And since the autumn collections are arriving in stores anyway (no matter how beautiful the summer weather), I thought I might as well share my fashion wishlist for the new season with you. From top to bottom: wool cape by Burberry, knot cuff by Sophie by Sophie, sweater by Stella McCartney (try to tie-dye that one at home), faux-fur coat by Shrimps (I love all of the Shrimps coats!), boyfriend jeans with rhinestones by Zara, "Sac de jour" by Saint Laurent (still drooling over this one), and booties by Isabel Marant. I could add a classic "Scandinavian style" knitted sweater, but I am still deciding on the exact design, which I will then ask my mother to knit for me. ;)

The scarf coat

I really do not know why I am looking so grim (and posing, or not posing, so weirdly)... please try to ignore that. I actually felt very happy in my outfit. I was wearing: Lala Berlin scarf, grey basic shirt by Olive, black skinnies by Zara, Vans sneakers, stud necklace by 1988 jewellery, and my new Proenza Schouler PS1 chain wallet

Chunky knits, skirts, bare legs

A look that I never get tired of are summery, silky or lacy skirts combined with chunky, slightly oversized sweaters.

I need more rings

I never leave the house without jewellery. For me, jewellery is an essential part of an outfit and it's what makes a look personal. What I wear every day: necklaces, several bracelets and - on most days - a stack
of small silver rings. The newest addition to my ever-growing collection: the "My Own Summer" chain ring by the Berlin based label I need more rings. All of their rings are custom made.
More about my favourite jewellery here.
