Lunettes

Last week I got to try the beautiful glasses by Lunettes in Berlin's Voo Store. I was quite impressed by both their own collection and their vintage sunglasses and it took ages for me to pick my favourites – which you can now see in the above picture. They're called "Gotcha" and "Fare Bella Figura".

Some pigeons are more equal than others

Maybe this is the second chapter of "Colour" ... I would not mind to see one of the dyed pigeons in front of my window today. The project is called "Some pigeons are more equal than others" and it was a kind of happening in Copenhagen and Venice. What do you think of it?

Inspiration: Conny Dreher

Do you know the Berlin-based illustrator Conny Dreher? I like her approach: taking an image she likes and creating something around it, as she says. I especially love her work "Wolf & Vandals" for the project "Reseen" in Made, Berlin. When looking at it I am feeling a sudden urge to work on big canvas, too.

German Press Days SS2013

Just a few impressions from the German Press Days Spring/Summer 2013: pastels at Filippa K, a wedding dress by Kaviar Gauche, printed jeans at Mavi, adorned prints at Barre Noire, snakeskin printed shorts at Markus Lupfer, black mini dress by Augustin Teboul, brightly coloured denim at Lee, and a special lipstick by Uslu Airlines.

Viva Mag

Dutch magazine VIVA has featured me on their "fashion bloggers" page. They asked me about my favourite shops, my outfit and why I love ankle boots. If you live in the Netherlands you can find it at the newsagents.

Green autumn nails

Of course I have not just changed my wardrobe from summer to autumn – I have also found the perfect nail polish colour: the dark greenish shade which Chanel calls »Black Pearl« but which you can also find from various other brands. I like it a lot.

Neon Beanie

Talking of hats: A new favourite of mine is this handmade neon coral beanie, which looks great worn with greys or black.

The military cap

Here's a snapshot of yesterday's outfit. I am very excited about hats this autumn and yesterday I wore this cap practically all day (I took it off in the office but I wore it to work). I got the military cap from my grandfather, the coat is by Mango, the denim shirt and wedge boots are by Topshop, and the belt is vintage.
